Having focused on regeneration areas within Melbourne's inner city suburbs, we have a deep understanding of how to deal with environmental challenges and seek to add value to our development projects with the integration of a range of bio-diversity. 

 

With the Share Project, we are creating a public park of 2,000m2 in addition to a further 2,000m2 of private gardens, including an urban roof-top forest.

 

Other initiatives we are planning include constructing energy piles which will form an integral part of the heating and cooling system for the project as well as harnessing the energy generated from exercise in our gym to help offset the electricity useage of our buildings.
